Why do I need an account?

FitnessSyncer requires a free account to automatically execute your tasks and assure your information is kept private.

Is FitnessSyncer safe/secure?

We make every effort to ensure that our site is available and that your data is protected via encryption and, whenever possible, transmitted securely over SSL.

We take your privacy seriously, as you can read in our Privacy Policy.

You can enhance your account’s security by using Two Factor Authentication.

What do you store?

FitnessSyncer securely stores your account information, all of the data stored for your tasks, metadata associated with those tasks, and data to produce our dashboards. We only access the information required to provide you with this service.

Do you support Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Yes, we do; for information, please see our documentation.

I can’t log in; what can I do?

  • Passwords are case-sensitive, so please ensure that you enter them correctly, especially for FitnessSyncer for Android and FitnessSyncer for IOS.
  • If you have disabled cookies in your browser, please re-enable them. If you are not sure, try a different browser.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you may reset your password, and we’ll send you an e-mail and get the process started.
  • If you are still unable to login, please contact us, and we will investigate. Please specify if this is on our website or one of our apps.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, visit here, and we’ll send you an e-mail and get the process started.

If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, please contact us.

How do I change my e-mail address?

From FitnessSyncer.com:

  • Go to My Profile
  • Expand the Change E-mail section
  • Update your E-mail Address and click Update

If you are using our app or need assistance, please contact us, and we will change your e-mail address for you.

How do I delete my account?

From FitnessSyncer.com:

  • Go to My Profile
  • Expand the Delete Account section
  • Follow the instructions

If you are using our app:

  • Go to Settings
  • Scroll down and select the Delete Account option
  • Follow the instructions
  • need assistance, please contact us and we will delete your account.

    How can I download or export my data?

    The easiest way to bulk export your data is either by add a Destination task per Data Type to either CSV Data or other Data Formats to a Cloud-based Storage Service.

    You can also download a copy of your data per source in CSV file format with the Source Editor on FitnessSyncer.com (this is not available in the apps) or download individual files in the FitnessSyncer Stream (this is not available in the apps).
